DIRECTIONS From the A449 Usk exit, take the first right onto the B4235 (sign-posted Chepstow, Gwernseney, Llandenny) past the Llangeview Lodge. Take the left exit onto the Monmouth Rd past the gliding club. At the crossroads continue straight over, continue past the Kingcoed turn on your left then take the right turn. After c. 1 mile take the left turn signposted to Llangovan (single track with passing places). The lane to property is a short distance on your left after Talygarn Farm on the left and Upper Twyn on the right. On passing Upper Twyn, take the next harepin bend on the left into the lane over the cattle grid and through the entrance gates to Twyn Cottage grounds. If you see the turn off right to Llangovan Church you have gone too far North. Turn around and take the first lane right.
